About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and kickstart partnerships.
- Prospect into new accounts using outbound strategies like cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Generate and qualify outbound leads that match the ideal customer profile.
- Craft personalised messages to engage decision-makers across industries.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Associates to ensure a smooth handoff.
- Nurture prospects and handle objections until they’re ready for a sales conversation.
- Partner with Marketing to support outbound campaigns and activate new leads.
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) with detailed, up-to-date notes and engagement data.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for meetings booked and daily sales activity metrics.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales or SDR experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficient in outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn).
- Fluent in English and Spanish, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs and sales automation tools.
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable in a quota-carrying environment.
- Growth mindset: coachable, curious, and eager to learn.
- Bonus: familiarity with sales frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or CHAMP.
