About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own creation of product marketing materials, including competitor overviews, product marketing slides, website content, social activation, and product demos
  • Create audience personas based on market research and data
  • Create message houses for product launches to ensure consistent messaging and clear communication of USPs
  • Present marketing collateral to the sales team and answer questions
  • Work with the Product Director to deliver new-product-launch training for Sales
  • Coordinate customer references, including beta-launch testimonials and video case studies
  • Participate in product marketing cross-functional squads
  • Collaborate with senior team members and hold teams accountable for delivering launches on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Coordinate launch timelines and rollout plans, including paid media, organic activation, and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify product features and customer benefits
  • Collaborate with the senior team to create pricing strategies
  • Analyze existing-customer revenue to increase product stickiness and adoption across solutions
  • Monitor product-launch results and provide executive reports on lessons learned
  • Assist leadership with research into new product strategies and growth opportunities to expand the total addressable market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a rapidly changing, growth environment
  • Demonstrable experience creating product marketing materials, specifically competitive overviews, sales slides, and landing pages
  • Portfolio or examples of work for reference
  • Experience delivering product launches for new products, not just features
  • Ability to translate complex functionality into easy-to-understand messaging
  • Experience investigating new product growth opportunities, such as upsell and new markets
  • Experience collaborating with senior members of staff
  • Experience creating user personas and understanding the requirements for creating them
  • Ability to produce actionable insights from data
  • Ability and preference to work autonomously
  • Curious, self-starting approach
