About the role
- Provides Technical Sales support to the Sr. Director of Strategic Business Development
- Represents all EVC Products and generates leads for new product development
- Proactively prospects and secures new business
- Identifies, leads capture, and closes new sales opportunities
- Cultivates strong, trusting relationships with customers, potential customers, teammates, and co-workers
- Serves as a liaison between prospective clients and EVC technical team
- Performs essential sales activities, including preparing quotes, forecasting, and tracking sales metrics
Requirements
- BS in a technical field related to production processes or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience
- Ability to become both a product knowledge expert and a customer process expert
- Strong presentation and communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient with common Microsoft Office work software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams
- Must be willing to travel (Domestic up to 50%, International <10%)
