About the role
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications, focusing on Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), and Grants Management (GM) modules.
- Configure and optimize SAP Finance modules (FICO, FM, GM, etc.) to support end-to-end finance processes in an S/4 HANA environment.
- Document to-be business processes, system configurations, and integration points.
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including requirements gathering, workshopping, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Support system integration, data migration, and cutover activities across finance, procurement, and supply chain domains.
- Support all testing activities in the finance area.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), data validation, and cutover activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent substitution (Associates + 2 years' experience; High School Diploma + 4 years' experience; or relevant professional certification)
- Active Secret Clearance preferred
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA simple Finance modules (FICO, FM, GM, etc.)
- Understanding of S/4HANA innovations, simplifications, and best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance Modules (FICO, FM, etc.) and strong S/4 HANA experience
