About the role
- Serve as a force multiplier across multiple teams, building internal tools, automating workflows, and solving problems
- Build a candidate enrichment pipeline for hiring
- Set up a continuous security scanning system for the dev team
- Prototype an interactive experience that goes beyond what Figma can do
- Deliver solutions by understanding pain points in product, design, development, and QA
Requirements
- General software development ability across multiple languages and environments
- Experience with PHP and/or Laravel
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including practical experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted development
- Ability to rapidly prototype and ship functional tools without over-engineering
- Experience with automation, scripting, and workflow optimization
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS)
- Experience with API integrations and working with third-party services
- Comfort working across the stack (backend, frontend, infrastructure) as needed
- Experience with security tooling or DevOps practices would be a plus
