About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administration and support of our users
- Setting up and updating client systems
- Procuring and managing hardware as well as administering licenses
- Firewall administration
- Administration of VMware and Hyper-V hosts
- Setting up and administering servers
- Monitoring backups and ensuring cybersecurity
- Configuring switches and access points
- Documenting our infrastructure
- Handling customer audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist/system integration), IT systems electronics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in IT administration
- Experience in cybersecurity
- Experience in the relevant technical areas required for this role
- Good German skills and very good English skills
- Quick comprehension, solution-oriented and able to work independently
- Flexibility, teamwork, and strong communication skills
