About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Daily posting of bank entries
- Daily updating of cash positions
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
- Review of expense reports, posting and payment using IFS9
- Weekly supplier payments
- Participation in monthly and annual closings
- Handling VAT and invoicing matters
- Management of monthly e-reporting and monitoring of e-invoicing flows
- Monthly preparation of DEB (Declaration of Intra-Community Transactions)
- Participation in the ERP version upgrade project
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two-year degree (Bac+2) in Accounting or Management
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a company
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with an ERP required (ideally IFS)
- Rigor, reliability, discretion and attention to detail
- Intermediate English desirable
