About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate with OSAT departments to ensure smooth wafer and final test operation.
- Perform data analysis for production lot disposition.
- Co-work with OSAT and vendors to resolve production low yield issue.
- Support new test program, test H/W and Tester qualification for production released.
- Manage test hardware and tooling inventory, review forecast with planner for spare part ordering.
- Identify/resolve production test setup and low yield issue on both Wafer and Final test production.
- Develop good working relationships with manufacturing partners and vendors.
- Support Production ramp up activities together with the Product Engineering and Test Engineering counterparts.
- Maintain test hardware and software to support production testing and product qualification.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor EE/ME and 5+ years of experience as a Product Test engineer.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis software (yieldHub is preferable).
- Experience in semiconductor test qualification (HW, SW and test machine).
- Experience with Supplier and vendor management.
- Understanding of 8D methodology.
- Understanding of test manufacturing process and production procedures.
