About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Joining the newly created Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
  • Advanced analytics, planning, and optimization of supply chain operations in a complex aerospace and defense environment.
  • Driving efficiency, mitigating risks, and supporting predictive analytics to ensure continuity of supply for critical programs.
  • Designing and optimizing PFEP frameworks, and SIOP processes through advanced analytics, modeling, and automation.
  • Transforming supply chain data into scalable decision-making systems and supporting Supply Chain executive reporting.
  • Standup standardized supply chain dashboards and visual management tools.
  • Build data models to analyze and optimize supply chain processes across procurement, planning, logistics, supplier development and strategic sourcing.
  • Establish and maintain reporting used in SIOP process in relation to supply.
  • Improve shortage visibility tied to revenue, reduce manual reporting, and improve data alignment, while providing predictive analytics to identify and reduce supply risks.
  • Develop and maintain component level forecasting models.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve delivery performance and reduce lead times.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Perform spend analysis and support strategic sourcing team activities.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense regulations (e.g., ITAR, FAR/DFARS).
  • Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data analytics, Business, Systems Engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant supply chain experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and forecasting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries preferred
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
  • APICS/ASCM certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) desired.
