About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) aligned with SAP's global go-to-market strategy
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SAP's internal BI tools
- Drive SEO initiatives for SAP product pages, solution hubs, and thought leadership content
- Collaborate with content teams to build and distribute digital content across blogs, social channels, whitepapers, and webinars
- Manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube targeting enterprise buyers and IT decision-makers
- Support email marketing and automation programs via SAP Emarsys or similar platforms
- Manage budgets, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize ROI across all digital channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B or tech environment
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with paid social platforms, especially LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong grasp of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing funnels
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (SAP Emarsys, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Google Ads or GA4 certification preferred
