About the role

  • - Own and lead the transition program end-to-end, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and objectives
  • - Serve as the single point of accountability for the initiative
  • - Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders
  • - Technology Strategy & Innovation leadership
  • - Procurement and Purchasing teams
  • - Global Asset Management stakeholders
  • - Establish and maintain a structured delivery cadence
  • - Weekly status meetings
  • - Executive and leadership updates
  • - Risk, dependency, and issue tracking
  • - Drive alignment across global teams and ensure clear ownership of deliverables
  • - Identify, manage, and escalate risks and dependencies proactively
  • - Ensure consistent documentation, reporting, and communication standards
  • - Support and coordinate candidate interviews as part of the staffing process
  • - Interviews led by Technology Strategy & Innovation leadership

Requirements

  • - 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in enterprise or global environments
  • - Strong understanding of Procurement / Purchasing processes and operating models
  • - Proven experience managing cross-functional, multi-region stakeholders
  • - Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level reporting skills
  • - Ability to operate independently in a matrixed organization and drive execution without direct authority
  • - Senior-level profile (5+ years of experience)
