- Support testing efforts across web applications and digital products
- Conduct manual testing of complex web environments with multiple user roles
- Collaborate with teams to ensure product quality
- Document test cases and bug reports clearly and concisely
- Participate in continuous learning and improvement of testing processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA for web applications
- Experience with Jira (or similar bug tracking tools)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports
- Comfortable testing across different devices and browsers
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-directed, proactive, and capable of working in distributed teams
- Nice to Have
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript or any scripting language
- Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., GitHub)
- Understanding of accessibility testing and compliance (WCAG)
