  • Enroute is seeking a **Senior SDET** to lead the quality strategy and implement automation as a true Software Engineer.
  • This role is for an expert in the **Playwright** ecosystem with a solid foundation in **.NET (C#)**, passionate about building **scalable testing solutions**, applying **BDD/TDD** principles, and driving **Quality Engineering** and **Continuous Integration** within **Azure** environments.
  • You will be instrumental in designing the testing infrastructure that ensures the reliability of all our software.

Requirements

  • ✅ Must-Have RequirementsThese are the core technical skills and experience needed for the role:
  • - **Overall QA/SDET Experience:** **5–8 years** of professional experience in QA Automation or SDET roles.
  • - **Core Automation Tool:** **Playwright:** **3–5 years** of experience, with a minimum of **3 years** of direct, hands-on experience in framework design and ownership.
  • - **Core Language:** **.NET (C#):** **3+ years** of experience in software development or automation using C#.
  • - **BDD Frameworks:** Experience with either **Reqnroll** or **Specflow**.
  • - **CI/CD & Cloud:** **2 years** of experience with CI/CD and practical experience with **Azure DevOps**.
  • - **API Automation:** Minimum of **6 months** of experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter, Insomnia).
  • - **Version Control:** Proficiency with **Git / GitHub**.
  • - **Methodologies:** Practical experience with **SCRUM / AGILE**, **BDD/TDD** principles.
  • - **Containerization:** Experience using **Docker**
  • ✨ Nice-to-Have Requirements (Extras)These skills provide significant added value but are not strictly mandatory:
  • - **Software Development:** Proven experience in pure **Software Development with .NET (C#)** (beyond automation scripting).
  • - **SQL/Database Testing:** Advanced experience with **SQL** for testing and data validation.
  • - **AI Technologies:** Experience integrating with AI models (**GPT, Claude, Copilot**) or other MCP servers for quality engineering initiatives.
  • - **Front-End Basics:** Basic knowledge of Front-End technologies (HTML / CSS / React).
  • - **Project Management Tools:** Familiarity with **Jira** or similar project management systems.
