Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze software solutions in terms of processes, data, and user interfaces
Elicit stakeholder needs and translate them into business and technical requirements
Participate in the business configuration of applications
Specify functional rules for data migration
Contribute to defining data quality rules
Create or update existing documentation
Provide functional and business support to the development team
Facilitate communication between business specialists and the development team
Define test objectives, write test cases, and execute functional tests
Eventually join a Center of Excellence and participate in Run activities
Provide business and technical support and contribute to users’ ongoing training
Establish centralized documentation and support version upgrades
Gradually develop product expertise
Participate in regulatory and technology watch activities
Structure best practices and knowledge sharing within the community

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or degree from a higher education institution in Computer Science or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Application Manager
Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business and technical requirements
Strong knowledge of process modeling (UML, BPMN) and modeling techniques (scenarios, state diagrams, etc.)
Strong knowledge of specifying business and technical requirements in the context of data migration
Ability to simplify complex technical topics and understand regulatory issues in order to translate them into technical requirements
Sufficient SQL proficiency to run SELECT queries and analyze datasets
Experience developing and implementing testing strategies
CBAP, IIBA-CBDA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
Knowledge of social insurance is a plus
Autonomous, responsible, and committed
Thorough, with strong attention to detail
Versatile and able to quickly adapt to new contexts
Able to communicate clearly and concisely
Curious, with a strong desire to understand the working environment
Excellent ability to work as part of a team toward a common goal
Fluent French
Professional German required (minimum C1)
English is desirable
