About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the administration and operational maintenance of Windows and Linux infrastructures
- Participate in managing a large fleet of servers and equipment distributed across multiple sites
- Ensure the availability, stability and performance of production environments
- Participate in troubleshooting operations and resolution of complex incidents
- Support transition phases and knowledge transfers within teams
- Administer and evolve VMware vSphere environments
- Participate in migration and upgrade projects for virtualization platforms
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure consistency of technical architectures
- Contribute to optimizing infrastructure performance and capacity
- Take part in automating operational and administrative tasks
- Work with Ansible environments to industrialize system operations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and operating practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in computer science or information systems (or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in Windows Server environments
- Solid Linux skills, specifically Red Hat 8 and Red Hat 9
- Excellent command of VMware vSphere
- Experience administering critical or high-volume infrastructures
- Good knowledge of automation using Ansible
- Experience in Agile / Scaled Agile environments is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams
- Autonomous, rigorous and service-oriented
