About the role

Build Enode’s Flex product from the ground up.
Define the long-term vision for Enode’s Flex offering.
Lead discovery in complex and evolving problem spaces.
Partner closely with design and engineering to shape, test, and iterate on product capabilities.
Drive customer adoption and value realization by refining core Flex workflows.
Ensure the product is reliable, explainable, and trusted for revenue-generating use cases.
Build feedback loops that improve performance over time.
Develop deep empathy for energy companies building flexibility offerings.
Maintain close relationships with early Flex customers and partners.

Strong B2B SaaS product management experience, with a proven track record of taking products from 0→1 and 1→100.
Comfort leading customer discovery, validation, and experimentation in ambiguous domains.
Ability to work closely with engineers on APIs, data flows, and complex systems.
Experience building products that operate across multiple stakeholders and constraints.
