About the role
- Build Enode’s Flex product from the ground up.
- Define the long-term vision for Enode’s Flex offering.
- Lead discovery in complex and evolving problem spaces.
- Partner closely with design and engineering to shape, test, and iterate on product capabilities.
- Drive customer adoption and value realization by refining core Flex workflows.
- Ensure the product is reliable, explainable, and trusted for revenue-generating use cases.
- Build feedback loops that improve performance over time.
- Develop deep empathy for energy companies building flexibility offerings.
- Maintain close relationships with early Flex customers and partners.
Requirements
- Strong B2B SaaS product management experience, with a proven track record of taking products from 0→1 and 1→100.
- Comfort leading customer discovery, validation, and experimentation in ambiguous domains.
- Ability to work closely with engineers on APIs, data flows, and complex systems.
- Experience building products that operate across multiple stakeholders and constraints.
