Lead, plan, execute, control, and close renewable energy construction projects on behalf of Clēnera.
Break down project requirements into manageable action items and drive them to completion while leading the project-level team.
Lead project planning and development: site walks, shade studies, due diligence, organizing data, estimating costs, stakeholder management, and contract/document review.
Ensure construction projects are completed according to requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards by developing, executing, and monitoring key constraints.
Research and collaborate on development opportunities through feasibility studies, PVsyst, technology analysis, and site assessments.
Manage project planning and preparation: diligence, permitting and fee management, cost estimating, organizing documents, and assisting design documentation.
Maintain effective communication with all project team members and senior leadership.
Oversee subcontract management and scope development; assure QA/QC processes with onsite construction managers.
Complete project updates, budgets, and financial reports; approve project payables and receivables; prepare status and financial reports.
Manage construction through commissioning, project closeout, and handoff to operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally across departments within the organization.
Maintain organizational excellence in project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, public administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience executing utility-scale renewable energy projects (84 months). Pre-construction experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software, tools, processes, and machines.
Extensive experience leading significantly complex utility-scale renewable projects and making high-impact decisions with little guidance.
Experience building and presenting project updates and preparing materials for Board approvals.
Ability to provide input on EPC Agreements and improve contract structure based on lessons learned.
Deep understanding of cost, schedule, and scope; advanced planning throughout project lifecycle and mentoring project team.
Ability to partner with senior leaders to develop process improvements, tools, and strategic input.
Experience leading larger project teams and guiding external stakeholders toward shared goals.
Proven ability to navigate and manage complex interpersonal relationships and conflicts.
Deep understanding of contractual obligations across the project lifecycle.
