About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive content marketing across our three primary audiences: innovative companies in Climate Tech, and PE/VC investors and talent.
  • Build and manage the content calendar, briefed by input from MT and sales, executed by you.
  • Run ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, and evaluate performance across both.
  • Manage and act on our ICP list in close coordination with the sales team.
  • Analyze marketing funnel performance, events, post reach, lead conversion, using Google Analytics and platform analytics.
  • Hand off marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team and track their progression to SQLs.
  • Maintain and update the Enjins website; build and launch new landing pages as needed.
  • Produce content that is visually compelling, using AI tools, Figma, or Canva. You don't need to be a designer, but you need to care about quality.
  • Coordinate with external partners for video and podcast content.
  • Plan and execute events (setup, promotion, follow-up) via Luma.
  • Work closely with our AI Automation Team to build smarter, faster marketing workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 - 6 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally at a scale-up or tech consultancy.
  • You've owned a content calendar, run paid campaigns, and measured results (not just assisted).
  • Comfortable working in: Attio, Claude (or similar LLMs), Lemlist, WordPress/Elementor, Apollo, Luma, Notion, LinkedIn Ads, Google Suite, Figma, Canva.
  • You use AI tools in your daily marketing workflow and you're curious to go further.
  • Strong written English. You write clearly, concisely, and in a tone that fits the audience.
  • Analytical enough to read a funnel, spot what's off, and act on it.
  • You thrive with autonomy. You don't need to be managed, you need good context and full understanding of our target persona's.
