Key responsibilities & impact

Administer Microsoft Windows infrastructure
Support physical and virtual server environments
Perform patching and vulnerability remediation
Manage Active Directory and enterprise systems
Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software
Support enterprise IT operations and security requirements
Primarily remote with occasional onsite support and travel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Public Trust
Minimum 5 years IT experience
CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP and/or MCSA may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must meet DOJ/BOP residency requirements
Preferred Technical Skills: Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, ServiceNow, OSD, networking, infrastructure support, and customer service.
