Process semi-monthly payroll for employees using ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Administer employee benefits programs
Serve as primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries
Oversee full-cycle accounts payable
Prepare and post payroll, benefits, AP, and expense-related journal entries in NetSuite
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations teams

Requirements

Minimum Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance roles (biotech, life sciences, or startup experience strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems and NetSuite ERP
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, benefits administration, and accounting principles
Experience managing multi-state payroll preferred
