About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for reviewing, ingesting, and analyzing large amounts of pricing data
Analyzing vendor pricing proposals and invoices to normalize pricing against client’s current expenses and other vendors’ proposals and pricing
Validate proposal quotations for accuracy and comprehensiveness
Assess and analyze data from a variety of sources to gain insights into current client pricing and advise consultants on comparable pricing
Prepare multi-year cost and pricing models for internal and client use
Track vendor and project pricing information
Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to consultants, project managers, leadership, and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or at least 5 years of related work experience
A minimum of five years' experience as a pricing analyst in a similar industry
Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
Extensive experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.
Experience in collaborating on project teams
Ability to keep abreast of industry trends and develop dynamic pricing tools
Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders
Excellent analytical and communication skills
