About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end Deel implementation, managing scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for the project across all involved stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and align key stakeholders involved in the implementation.
  • Drive decision-making, follow-ups, and resolution of blockers throughout the project.
  • Lead configuration and setup of Deel according to ENG’s organizational and compliance needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and overall system readiness.
  • Facilitate implementation meetings and working sessions.
  • Provide clear and structured updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Capture all functional and operational knowledge transferred during the implementation.
  • Develop clear, structured documentation, including system overviews and configuration rationale, user guides and reference materials, key decisions, assumptions, and constraints, ownership and escalation guidelines.
  • Coordinate go-live activities and stabilization. Lead formal project closure, ensuring full handover and completion of all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading HR systems or HR tech implementations (Deel or similar platforms).
  • Strong project management background with end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • High level of autonomy, structure, and accountability.
  • Ability to work part-time and manage priorities effectively.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
