Requirements

  • Present analyses and results of CRM actions;
  • Monitor and develop strategies;
  • Daily tracking of goals;
  • Monthly strategic planning;
  • Responsible for managing the email marketing / SMS sending tool (creation, scheduling, A/B testing, exporting and importing databases, and reporting);
  • Manage tasks and requests;
