About the role
- Provide technical leadership for employees assigned to the respective project.
- Ensure compliant operation and expansion of the supply networks.
- Maintain an overview of workflows in low voltage, medium voltage, transformer substations, and gas and water networks.
- Develop individual grid connection concepts and handle connection requests.
- Negotiate with external stakeholders and provide customer support.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate outage/fault response measures and brief external service providers.
- Contribute to the preparation of investment and maintenance plans.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or supply engineering with additional qualification (e.g., master craftsman, technician).
- Completed (technical) university degree in a relevant discipline.
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in construction, assembly/installation, operation and maintenance of utility systems and networks.
- Good IT skills (e.g., SAP, GIS/GS, MS Office).
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, organizational skills, and good teamwork and communication skills.
- High resilience and flexibility.
- Driver's license Class B.
