About the role
- Drafting usage contracts based on templates, and reviewing and approving them
- Advising all project stakeholders on contract-related legal issues in coordination with the legal department
- Monitoring contract terms, particularly deadlines and payments
- Initiating the registration of easements and building encumbrances, and arranging priority notices and ranking entries in the land register
- Communicating with contracting parties, authorities, law firms, and notaries
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on law or real estate
- Professional experience handling contracts, ideally with a focus on land or property matters
- Willingness to undertake intensive training in contract and land registry law
- Structured and conscientious working style, with very good spoken and written German (C1)
- Enjoyment of teamwork and project management, both in the office and digitally; preferably available from 32 hours/week
