About the role
- Review and drafting of usage agreements and other project-specific contracts
- Creation of real-property security interests and preparation and collection of all documents required for private- and public-law project safeguarding
- Monitoring of contract terms, deadlines and payments
- Significant involvement in compiling documentation and handing it over to internal and external clients, financing banks and operations management
- Professional communication with contracting parties, authorities, law firms and notaries
- General related organizational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed training as a legal clerk and/or notary clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of contract law and land registry (property) law is desirable
- Ability to coordinate complex tasks with multiple internal and external partners and to complete them on schedule
- Consultative, cooperative and meticulous working style
- Enthusiasm for cross-disciplinary project work with varied requirements and challenges
