About the role
- Drafting usage agreements based on contract templates, and reviewing and approving them
- Advising all project stakeholders on contract-related legal questions in coordination with the legal department
- Monitoring contract terms, in particular deadlines and payments
- Arranging registration of easements and building encumbrances, as well as entry of notices and priority adjustments in the land register
- Communicating with contracting parties, authorities, law firms and notaries
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training in the legal or real estate sector
- Professional experience handling contracts, ideally with a focus on land or property matters
- Willingness to undertake in-depth training in contract law and land registry law
- Structured and conscientious working style and very good spoken and written German (C1)
- Enjoy working in a team and in project management, both in-office and digitally; ideally available from 32 hours per week
