About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the successful establishment and scaling of the business

- Optimize operations, build scalable processes and derive concrete improvements
- Act as the interface between Sales and Product Development
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality and speed across the entire process chain
- Further develop efficient governance and reporting formats
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in Business Development and in managing complex processes/projects
- Proven experience launching new product segments, business models or organizational structures
- Strong end-to-end understanding of sales and operational processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high execution capability and strategic clarity
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Confident communication and persuasive abilities
