About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You coach and motivate our new franchise partners on their path to successful self-employment in building energy consulting.
You support franchise partners in all phases, from business planning to the opening of their own ENERDOMO office.
You utilize modern digital tools for efficient workflows and communication.
You work closely with our sales, marketing and franchise consulting teams.
You travel to opening events of new locations and actively support their success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of professional experience in areas such as expansion, leadership, sales, real estate, business planning or coaching
Strong affinity for topics such as energy efficiency, sustainability and services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient with digital work tools
A flexible, committed and motivated personality with a desire to build a career in energy consulting
