About the role

  • You proactively acquire hoteliers who want to develop their property in a future-proof and sustainable way.
  • In structured conversations — by phone or video conference — you jointly identify the hotel's potential.
  • You confidently guide customers to a decision and to contract signing.
  • You document all steps and findings systematically in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a consultative, advisory-focused environment.
  • Ability to independently build business relationships, identify potential, and drive opportunities through to contract closure.
  • Confident, persuasive presence in digital meetings (phone, video conference).
  • Structured, self-directed working style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in technical sales or solid technical knowledge (e.g., building systems, energy, hospitality) is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
  • Interest in sustainability and in supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is an advantage.
