About the role
- You proactively acquire hoteliers who want to develop their property in a future-proof and sustainable way.
- In structured conversations — by phone or video conference — you jointly identify the hotel's potential.
- You confidently guide customers to a decision and to contract signing.
- You document all steps and findings systematically in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a consultative, advisory-focused environment.
- Ability to independently build business relationships, identify potential, and drive opportunities through to contract closure.
- Confident, persuasive presence in digital meetings (phone, video conference).
- Structured, self-directed working style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in technical sales or solid technical knowledge (e.g., building systems, energy, hospitality) is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
- Interest in sustainability and in supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is an advantage.
