About the role

  • Proactively acquire hoteliers who want to future‑proof and sustainably develop their properties.
  • In structured conversations — by phone or video conference — identify the hotel's potential together and confidently guide the client to a decision and contract signing.
  • Initiate telephone or digital contact with decision-makers — professional, empathetic, and goal-oriented.
  • Conduct structured online initial meetings, analyze the current situation, and highlight individual development opportunities.
  • Guide prospects through our multi-stage digital sales process to the closing of a consulting engagement.
  • Systematically document all steps and findings in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a consultative/advisory sales environment
  • Ability to independently build business relationships, identify opportunities, and drive deals to closure
  • Confident and persuasive presence in digital meetings (phone, video conference)
  • Structured, self-driven working style with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Advantageous: experience in technical sales or solid technical knowledge (e.g., buildings, energy, hospitality)
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Interest in sustainability and in supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
