About the role

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting for the group.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and analyses for the audit committee and Board of Directors.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • System Administration: Act as system administrator for financial systems (ERP, Power BI, and planning tools).
  • Cost Control: Ensure accurate cost reporting at group level and for common functions, including classification and consistency.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with management and business units to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy, including harmonizing processes, systems, and control activities across the group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA/CMA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Controller or similar role with at least 5 years of experience, preferably from international and/or listed environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Experience from working in Excel, PowerPoint, consolidation systems (preferably IBM Controller and IBM Planning Analytics), ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language requirements: English (Enea Corporate language).
