About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications including Sales, Customer Service, and related solutions.
- Develop and support Plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET.
- Client-side scripting using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Dataverse customizations, business rules, and security configurations.
- Power Automate cloud flows and integrations.
- Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions.
- Participate in solution deployments and environment management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Follow established coding standards, development practices, and solution architecture guidelines.
- Develop and maintain Power Pages portals integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
- Assist in improving portal performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Participate in Agile delivery teams and sprint activities.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and Senior Developers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with:
- C#
- .NET
- JavaScript
- Dataverse
- Power Automate
- Model-Driven Apps
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration concepts.
- Experience working with source control and development lifecycle processes.
- Experience working within Agile project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
