About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Modernize how the pricing and commercial team operates through data, tools, AI, and automation
  • Identify high-value AI use cases, pilot solutions, design rollout plans, evaluate emerging tools, and coach colleagues on adoption
  • Design, build, and maintain pricing and inventory dashboards in Omni
  • Translate data into decision-ready insights, summaries, and leadership-ready visuals
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis for Commercial Strategy, Product, and Ticketing
  • Support Business Strategy & Analytics initiatives with data, reporting, and analysis
  • Collect, validate, and maintain product, inventory, and pricing data across Omni, Airtable, and Optimo
  • Conduct inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure pricing and availability accuracy
  • Track allocations to support internal liability tracking
  • Document workflows, inventory processes, and key definitions
  • Identify and resolve cross-system data inconsistencies
  • Build low-code automations to streamline repetitive work
  • Collaborate with Pricing & Yield, Product, Sales, Ticketing, Finance, and leadership teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, product/pricing operations, or analytics
  • Strong dashboard-building skills in Omni, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for AI tools; experience piloting or rolling out AI or automation is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Airtable and Excel/Google Sheets
  • SQL a plus
  • Ability to connect pricing, sales performance, and inventory health
  • Ability to translate data into clear stories for non-technical teams
  • Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with shifting timelines
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial, solution-focused mindset
  • Experience with global hospitality programs or large-scale events preferred
  • Comfort with low-code automation tools preferred
  • Exposure to pricing or revenue-management tools and concepts preferred
  • Experience in a start-up-like or transformation environment preferred
