About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a lead finance partner across the Core Events portfolio
Own Finance sign-off of event P&Ls, including review, challenge, and validation
Partner closely with Controllership to ensure accuracy of accounting treatment and completeness of accruals
Manage and develop Event Accountants
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables
Own budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes
Partner with business leads to monitor revenue performance and cost drivers
Provide variance analysis vs. plan with actionable insights
Maintain and enhance financial models for ticketing and event operations
Act as finance lead for key events

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred
Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses strongly preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes
Strong financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis skills
Experience working with senior leadership and producing executive-ready deliverables
