Key responsibilities & impact

Support the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices
Assist with weekly payment runs and execute payments through treasury banking portals
Maintain vendor records and assist with updates to payment templates
Respond promptly to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 1–3 years of progressive accounts payable experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Excellent attention to detail with strong accounting and analytical skills
Experience with Treasury Management Systems and accounting ERPs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
