About the role
- Project-manage end-to-end content integration campaigns across YouTube and other platforms
- Coordinate directly with creators and their teams for content delivery
- Track campaign performance and implement optimizations
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients
- Prepare clear, concise status reports for client check-ins
- Curate and share trend insights and creator best practices
- Develop standardized project management systems to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at WME
Requirements
- 5–10 years of account or campaign management experience at a digital company
- Demonstrated ability to execute multi-platform creator campaigns
- Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem and digital marketing
- Hands-on experience managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously
- Exceptional project management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using creator analytics dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Consultative approach with the ability to guide senior marketing leaders
