About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary operational driver for “Ask Oppy,” an Agentic AIOps Orchestrator
  • Manage timelines, cross-team dependencies, code-block integration, and delivery milestones using Google Cloud Vertex AI and Model Context Protocol frameworks
  • Oversee and unblock infrastructure operations programs, including password reset automation and Dynatrace monitoring, alerting, and self-healing workflows
  • Manage execution timelines for Infrastructure and Operations AI projects
  • Align engineering output with organizational goals to improve system resilience and reduce user impact
  • Design, implement, and automate CI/CD pipeline guardrails and observability standards across multi-cloud environments
  • Use Dynatrace, Splunk, and Cloudwatch to proactively prevent downtime
  • Define, organize, and execute end-to-end performance testing and data integrity validation
  • Oversee Snowflake and ETL pathways and validate technical solutions against performance benchmarks before production launch
  • Lead technical implementation and workflows for unified support systems using ITSM, ITIL, and Lean frameworks
  • Develop repeatable, automated ticketing and platform solutions
  • Deploy standardized vulnerability tracking workflows and automated remediation frameworks
  • Coordinate engineering, application support, and data teams and manage resource dependencies
  • Navigate competing technical priorities and drive accountability across technical units
  • Establish concise reporting cadences for leadership
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, clear roadblocks, and provide actionable executive updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex technical projects, product delivery, infrastructure rollouts, or software delivery within a global or multi-regional enterprise IT environment
  • Proven hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Cloudwatch
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation
  • Experience with AI/ML deployments
  • Deep familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Familiarity with cloud automation framework
  • Ability to participate in internal and external meetings via video calls, as necessary
  • Ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices, as necessary
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and office equipment
  • Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus
  • For positions requiring business travel/event attendance: ability to lift 25 lbs
  • For positions requiring business travel/event attendance: valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
