About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, end users, designers, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.
Facilitate story mapping and backlog refinement activities to translate product requirements into actionable development work.
Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies that impact product delivery.
Prepare for and actively participate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to ensure products meet all regulatory and organizational requirements.
Support the development of user communications, training materials, and educational resources related to product features and capabilities.
Partner with Product Leadership to define and refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Research teams to conduct discovery activities that uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Work closely with UX teams to design intuitive user experiences and validate solutions through rapid feedback cycles and usability testing.
Conduct user interviews, field observations, and stakeholder engagement sessions to gain a deep understanding of customer challenges and workflows.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, provider, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve user experiences and business outcomes.
Develop a strong understanding of organizational priorities and business challenges to ensure product investments deliver measurable value.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment, with a focus on digital products.
Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for driving outcomes.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to clearly articulate product vision and inspire teams around the "why" behind solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed trade-offs, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Adaptability and resilience in organizations experiencing rapid change and growth.
Demonstrated ability to quickly build expertise in new domains and industries.
Strong relationship-building skills with experience collaborating across technical, clinical, operational, and executive stakeholder groups.
