About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
- Effectively translate the product strategy into a product roadmap that serves business outcomes and value delivery
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with our objectives
- Translate customer needs and technical insights into clear and concise product specifications
- Partner with revenue cycle operations teams, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build, test, and deploy solutions that deliver value
- Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact and success of products
- Monitor integration data flow, identify and prevent errors, and ensure high quality billing processes
- Manage vendor relationships of the products within revenue cycle digital portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with the healthcare industry and the revenue cycle technology used within
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, or related, with a strong track record of launching successful software products
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle products
- Ability to think big picture and translate complex, ambiguous problems into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
