About the role
- Drive product outcomes which solve critical business problems
- Define vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area
- Execute product vision across one or many applications for one or many user groups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, breaking down complex problems into product solutions with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on digital products
- Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to lead
- Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills
- Inspire those around you to care about and understand the "why" behind a solution
- Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.
- An ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly
- Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goals
- Experience building health tech products and 0-1 products from inception to launch (preferred)
- Experience writing requirements for user stories or software features, creating complex spreadsheets or presentations, working in health care, or working towards the delivery of web or mobile applications (preferred)
