Drive product outcomes which solve critical business problems
Define vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area
Execute product vision across one or many applications for one or many user groups
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, breaking down complex problems into product solutions with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on digital products
Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to lead
Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills
Inspire those around you to care about and understand the "why" behind a solution
Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.
An ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly
Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goals
Experience building health tech products and 0-1 products from inception to launch (preferred)
Experience writing requirements for user stories or software features, creating complex spreadsheets or presentations, working in health care, or working towards the delivery of web or mobile applications (preferred)
