About the role
- Develop and implement high-performance React Native applications
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code that aligns with best practices in React Native development
- Work with backend APIs, authentication systems, and media streaming services to integrate robust and scalable solutions
- Optimize app performance for smooth streaming, low latency, and efficient memory usage
- Analyze application health, performance metrics, and troubleshoot critical issues
- Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, and backend teams to ensure seamless cross-platform functionality
- Work in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in React Native/React development
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices in mobile application development
- Experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment
- Strong background in state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or similar)
- Expertise in unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and release management for mobile apps
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
