About the role

  • Lead and develop a global Sales Operations, Governance, and Reporting team, building scalable capabilities across analytics, process, and change management.
  • Own end-to-end sales governance, ensuring compliance, data integrity, approval frameworks, and risk management across all sales workflows.
  • Define and run global sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance cadences at weekly, monthly, and quarterly levels.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders and Managing Directors to drive sales effectiveness through insights, analytics, and actionable reporting.
  • Act as a product owner or proxy sponsor for sales platforms (CRM, CLM, CPQ and AI-enabled tools), shaping roadmap, adoption, and value realization.
  • Drive continuous improvement through a product-led approach to sales operations, reporting standards, and operating models.
  • Ensure high-quality data to support forecasting, compensation, revenue reporting, and executive decision-making.
  • Lead change management and enablement initiatives to support adoption of new processes, tools, and governance models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, Delivery, and Technology teams to align sales operations with broader business needs.
  • Manage resources and budgets to ensure efficient, sustainable operations in a growing global environment.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales / Client Leadership roles within a B2B organization.
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and go-to-market execution.
  • Hands-on experience with sales and revenue platforms such as CRM, CLM, CPQ, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actions.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new ways of working.
  • Experience operating in complex, fast-paced, technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across sales, finance, legal, and delivery teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
