About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand and adhere to the National EMR Policies and Procedures Manual.
  • Collect, enter, and ensure documentation for medical staff at designated site(s).
  • Perform all administrative duties of the clinic or designated site(s).
  • Complete accurate documentation of activities performed.
  • Communicate effectively with health care providers regarding care for service population.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of all medications/supplies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a current Medical Assistant Certification.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience working in a healthcare setting required.
  • One (1) year of experience in front office work in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Must successfully pass a scheduled or spontaneous drug screening.
  • Must provide current physical-medical release and provide proof of immunizations.
