About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement data analytics strategies that integrate AI to enhance predictive analytics capabilities, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Lead the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation in data analytics processes.
- Ensure data analytics initiatives align with Empower’s business goals and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the data analytics team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee team performance, setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with organizational goals.
- Optimize data analytics processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging AI to streamline operations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of leveraging AI to drive business innovation and enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, with a deep understanding of data governance and compliance.
