Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software engineering experience
Expertise in distributed systems, backend architecture, and microservices design at enterprise scale
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies including React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
Strong proficiency in Java/ Springboot ecosystem; optionally Python, C#
Strong proficiency in GraphQL and/or Node.js-based development
Deep understanding of performance optimization, system reliability, and observability practices
Ability to design systems that meet regulatory, security, and data integrity requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
