Senior Computer User Support Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide IT services to respond to time-sensitive needs of customers
- Provide technical support through phone, email, and instant message remotely
- Perform ticket processing and resolution management
- Conduct problem analysis, and hardware/software installation and configuration
- Maintain an audit trail and statistical records of problems and conditions reported
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and drive solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Public Trust Clearance (Or ability to obtain)
- ITILv4 Foundation Training and ITILv4 Foundation Certification, may be obtained within 120 days after hire.
- 4-9 years of work experience
- 1 year experience with Windows desktop support
- Familiarity with Windows, web browsers, and basic functions of Active Directory
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients
