About the role
- Support the design, administration, management, execution & maintenance of GSA’s Identity & Directory Management Services (IDMS) and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)
- Work with Active Directory and related technologies
- Perform on-call rotation support as needed
Requirements
- 4 - 9 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain
- ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification (within 120 days after hire)
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SecureAuth, Okta, Powershell, Java, and .NET scripting
- Understanding of Zero Trust concepts
- Experience supporting IDMS systems in an Enterprise environment
