About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in developing and implementing strategies and policies to achieve School of Medicine goals and objectives
Manage strategic and business planning processes through research, analysis, data and information maintenance, report preparation, and coordination of planning efforts for modified and new programs and services
Provide accurate, timely, and consistent information supporting planning, policy formation, and decision making
Strategically drive and lead School of Medicine project working groups
Develop detail-oriented qualitative and quantitative analyses, including flow charts, presentations, and spreadsheets
Perform benchmarking and research on relevant processes and School of Medicine topics
Serve as a liaison with other university schools and divisions
Perform related responsibilities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree
Five years of strategic planning, business consulting, process improvement, project management or related experience
Proven strategic planning, project management, and problem solving skills
Residency in the state of GA required
Ability to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs
Higher education, healthcare and/or consulting experience strongly preferred
A master's degree preferred
