About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, manage, and distribute multimedia content supporting Oxford College’s reputation and strategic goals
Plan, storyboard, shoot, edit, and produce video content, including student and faculty stories, campus highlights, and promotional materials
Capture professional-quality photographs for events, marketing campaigns, and publications; edit and archive photos
Assist with graphic design for social media graphics, video graphics, and web visuals
Develop motion graphics and animations for digital storytelling
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor content for websites, social media, and email campaigns
Maintain an organized digital library of photos, videos, and design files
Manage campus digital screens and coordinate content collection with campus partners
Adapt multimedia content for web and social media specifications and performance
Partner with Admissions, Alumni Advancement, and Campus Life on content creation
Ensure multimedia content follows Oxford College and Emory University brand guidelines
Support campus events through multimedia capture and photography
Stay informed about multimedia production, storytelling, and technology trends
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Three years of professional experience in multimedia production or content creation
Experience preferably in higher education or a nonprofit environment
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong photography and videography skills
Knowledge of lighting and sound equipment
Familiarity with animation and motion graphics software, such as After Effects
